And those who think that McCain will appoint strict constructionist judges, remember McCain/Feingold. I'm sure McCain won't want that. Besides an Obama presidency will probably spell defeat for many democrats in congress in 2008 and 2012. I am voting Bob Barr. At the very least the 3 leading pundits should encourage conservatives in states not likely to vote for McCain to vote for Barr. This would really get the GOP's attention to wake up.
